E xcellant service...rent a car for two weeks every year on vacation.
Local rental personnel are great! I rent often and they are responsive, friendly, and professional. Cars are always clean and in good condition. However, I had an accident with a rental car about 3 months ago, that resulted in about $5,000 in damage to the car. Corporate tried to levy an additional $1,000 for nonsense like costs for the car being out of service, loss of car's overall value and administrative charges. Ultimately, my insurance company negotiated these ridiculous charges away, but they were unnecessary, and revealed a company that is opportunistic. Why do I still rent from Enterprise? Because they are the only rental office in my home town.
I love the drop off box and will not hesitate to call enterprise next time I need a vehicle.
Company assured us they would have a car ready where we needed it, but did not follow through on their promise. We were inconvenienced and had to drive 25 minutes both ways out of our way to get the car we were promised would be brought to us.

I needed to Rent-A-Car because the small town I live in has no form of transportation & I had several appointments to go to also other places to travel to. A good friend of mine suggested enterprise Rent-A-Car so I schedule a reservation with them, I must add I hadn't rented a car in decades & didn't know what to expect. But the wonderful people at enterprise made renting a car simple, easy & hassle free. I want to thank Courtney and Joseph two lovely people that arranged everything for me. The people the service at enterprise are professionals timely & just terrific. Enterprise even delivers the vehicle right to your door which is unheard of these days & a service that I really appreciate because on the particular morning of the rental the rain was really coming down. Courtney the young lady I spoke about before greeted me in the rain with a Big beautiful lovely smile. Courtney drove us back to enterprise to finish and finalize the contract papers, I was in & out of Enterprise in no time at all. In ended I would highly give Enterprise Rent-A-Car 5 stars & would also recommend it to anyone who needs to rent a car. Oh, I didn't mention Enterprise is reasonable also the vehicles are clean brand-new & beautiful. Again "Courtney & Joseph" Thank you again for making my experience of renting a car an absolute pleasure !!!
